Exchange and return policy

In case of exchange, the customer must send an email to bizvntine@gmail.com or access our Contact , within 7 days of receipt, stating the reason why you want to make the exchange.

The exchange can be made only once and the part must be in perfect condition, without indications of use and in its original packaging. The freight will be the responsibility of the customer.

The part can be exchanged for another of the same value or the credit can be used in our store, after receiving the proof of return.

If you receive the product with defects, inform us immediately, we will refund the amount of the return shipping and resend at no cost.

If there is dissatisfaction or regret in the purchases made through the website, the customer may request a return within 7 days after receiving the product, which must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging. The freight will be included in the refund amount.
